Refunds/Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Used or damaged items will not be refunded. 

Final Sales are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Divinedesignapp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Damages and issues

If the item you have received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us at Divinedesignapp@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
